Shipping policy

Custom Magnet Orders:

  • 3-7 business days 
    • If needed by a certain date or need expedited shipping, please contact us at hello@roam-and-post.com.  We are happy to work with you!

Customer Postcard Orders:

  • 7-14 business days 
    • If needed by a certain date or need expedited shipping, please contact us at hello@roam-and-post.com.  We are happy to work with you!

Shipped Orders:

An automated email with tracking will be sent to the email provided as soon as your order is shipped.  If the package was shipped via boat, the tracking number will not update until the package has reached land and scanned. 

If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible.  If your order has not yet been sent, we will be able to update it. 

Digital Artwork:

  • Files will be available for download once payment is confirmed
  • Will be delivered via email address provided at checkout as a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD after purchase
