Since our magnets and postcards are handcrafted to order, we generally do not offer refunds. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and work with you to make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
